3) Conditioning

Each for time:
50 Goblet Squats, 2/1.5 pood
40 Toes to Bar
30 Box Jumps, 30/26

Rest 2 minutes

50 Wall Balls, 20/14
40 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 pood
30 DB Split Jerks (alternating footwork), 60/45

Rest 2 minutes

50 foot Handstand Walk
40 Pistols, alternating
30 Single Leg Burpees to a target, alternating

Target should be 6″ above highest reach.
