Jog 600 meters (easy pace)

Run 600 meters (fast pace)
Rest 60 seconds
Walk 400 meters

Part 2
Two sets:
Run 200 meters (mod pace)
Rest 60 seconds
Jog 200 meters (easy pace)
Rest 60 seconds
Run 200 meters (fast pace)
Walk 200 meters

*Begin part 2 immediately following the completion of the last 400 meter walk of part 1.
