Workout of the Day

Complete in the following order:

1) Bike Conditioning (Aerobic Capacity.com)

Four rounds:
Standing Sprint, 10 seconds
Seated Sprint, 5 seconds
Standing Sprint, 10 seconds
Seated Sprint, 5 seconds
Standing Sprint, 15 seconds
Recovery Spin, 5 minutes

*This is a straight 45 second sprint followed by a very, very easy recovery spin.

2) Weightlifting

a. Power Clean + Push Jerk

Work up to a heavy single. No more than 2 misses.

b. Snatch Pulls

90% x 2
95% x 2
100% x 2

*Complete each set on a 2 minute clock.
