Water Bottle Turkish Get Ups

5 min practice.  Balance half full water bottle on the flat part of closed fist of fully extended/straight arm.  Keys to success are focus and slow, steady movement!


Double Kettlebell Single Leg Deadlifts + Rope Walk Ups*

2 rounds:

– 3 SLDL per leg

– 3 rope walk ups

– 2 SLDL per leg

–  2 rope walk ups

– 1 SLDL per leg

–  1 rope walk up

*Can scale up to rope climbs.


Kettlebell Conditioning – Swing-Carry-Snatch Intervals

12 min – 30 s work:30 s rest

– Heavy Russian 2H swings

– Double KB rack carry

– Snatch (alternate arms each interval)

Repeat 4x.
