Strength

10 min EMOM

Min 1 – 1 clean + 2 military presses per arm

Min 2 – 30 s plank with shoulder taps

Repeat sequence until cap.

 

Conditioning

15 min AMRAP

– 10 Russian swings (28/20 kg)

– 5 goblet squats

– 50 m sled drag (90/45#)

– 50 m run back
