Alternate arms.

– Kettlebell snatch progressions

Alternate with

– 8-10 heavy kettlebell or db rows per arm

 

Conditioning

20 s work: 10 s rest x 6 rounds per movement

30 s rest between movements

– Russian swing (24/16 kg)

– Goblet squat

– Single arm push press

– Ball slam

– Russian swing
