– 3/3 single leg kettlebell swaps

 

Skill/Strength

18 min (use 10 RM press kettlebell)

– 1 clean + 4 strict presses + 100 m carry per arm

– 2 cleans + 3 strict presses + 100 m carry per arm

– 3 cleans + 2 strict presses + 100 m carry per arm

100 m carry = 50 m rack carry + 50 m suitcase carry.

 

Conditioning

10 min

– 10 Russian swings (32/24 kg)

– 100 m run

Add 1 swing per round.
