Barbell – Friday Oct. 13, 2017

A) Clean Grip Deadlift WITH Hook Grip – 5 sets building in weight.  work up to at least 115% of max clean

B) Plate carry:

4 x 60ft.  Holding a round plate, one in each hand.  GRIP TRAINING!

C)KB walking lung:

set 1: hold KB in each hand, hanging down to side x 120ft

set 2: hold KB on shoulders x 120ft

set 3: hold KB over head x 60ft.  (if you cant do this. repeat a movement set 1 or 2)

D) Sit ups: 40-30-20-10 OR GHD 30-20-10
