Workout of the Day 

-Weightlifting-

a) Low Bar Back Squat

80% x 4 x 4 sets

*Complete sets on a 2 minute clock.

-Conditioning-

Three rounds for time of:
50 Air Squats
10 Burpees
40 Ab Mat Sit ups
10 Burpees
Walking Lunges, 30 steps
10 Burpees
20 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 pood
10 Burpees

-Skill-

As many as possible in 5 minutes of:
Unbroken sets of C2B Pull ups, 2, 4, or 6 reps
