Back Squat – 2×4. You should struggle toward the end of these sets. HEAVIER THAN LAST WEEK
All lifts will start from the Hang. Dip and drag BELOW your knees.
Snatch Warm up: Pressing Snatch balance + Heaving snatch balance. adding a little weight for a few sets
Hang Snatch(full squat) + OHS
6 sets ×2 reps HEAVIER THAN LAST WEEK
