Workout of the Day

-Weightlfting-

Clean Pull + Hang Clean (knee) + Clean

Find 1+1+1RM (8 minute cap)

90% x 1+1+1 x 2 sets

-Conditioning-

As many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
24 Box Step Overs, empty barbell (20″ box)
30 Push Presses, empty barbell
24 feet Shuttle Run, max reps

*Rest 90 seconds. Repeat 3 more times.

-Skill-

As many as possible in 5 minutes of:
Unbroken sets of Handstand Push ups, 2, 4, or 6 reps
