Push Press + Push Jerk

Find 3+1RM (7 minute cap)

90% x 3+1 x 2 sets

-Conditioning-

Five rounds, each for max reps of:
Calorie Row, 1 minute
20/14 to 10′ Wall Balls, 1 minute
Double Unders, 1 minute
75/55 Hang Power Snatch, 1 minute
Rest 1 minute

-Skill-

As many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Unbroken sets of Bar Muscle ups, 2, 3, or 4 reps
