Kettlebell – Friday, November 10th, 2017

Warm Up – 9 min

– 5 swing to squats

– 5  RDLs

– 5 pump stretches

– 1/1 Turkish get up to hip bridge

 

Strength/Skill – 15 min

– 3/3 single leg deadlift (can increase load)

– 8/8 heavy kettlebell rows

– 30 s hollow rock

 

Conditioning- 10 min AMRAP

– 5/5 snatches

– 10 ball slams

– 50’ shuttle run
