a) Low Bar Back Squat
90% x 3 x 3 sets
*Complete sets on a 2 minute clock.
In teams of 2:
Buy-In: 200 Burpee Box Jumps, 24/20″ box
Max Reps Goblet Squats, 1.5/1 pood
*Athlete 1 with 8 reps and athlete 2 with 12 reps will alternate until all 200 reps. are completed. For goblet squats, athletes will switch rep schemes, athletes 1 now doing 12 reps and athlete 2, 8 reps.
*Score is total goblet squats. The time cap is 17 minutes.
