Clean Pull + Hang Clean (knee) + Clean

70% (of clean 1RM) x 1+1+1 x 5 sets

*Complete sets on a 90 second clock.

-Conditioning-

Ten rounds for max reps of:
135/95 Squat Clean Thruster, 1 minute
Rest 1 minute

-Skill-

In teams of 2, for time:
80 Handstand Push ups
