Strength/Skill

15 min AMRAP for quality (can increase load)

– 1 double kettlebell clean + 1 press

– 2┬ádouble kettlebell cleans + 2 presses

– 3┬ádouble kettlebell cleans + 3 presses

– 30 s rack carry

 

Conditioning

– 150 Russian swings (28/20 kg)

Complete 5 box jumps (24/20) at time 0 and at the top of each minute until 150 swings are completed.
