-Weightlifting-

a) Low Bar Back Squat

85% x 4 x 4 sets

*Complete sets on a 2 minute clock.

-Conditioning-

Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
30/25 Burpee Box Overs, 20 inch box
15 DB Thrusters, 50/35

*Time cap: 25 minutes

-Skill-

Three rounds, each for time, of:
Bar Muscle Ups, 10 reps

*Rest 1 minute b/w rounds. Time cap: 6 minutes
