Barbell – Wednesday Nov. 29, 2017

Clean and Jerk Warm up:

Muscle Clean + squat clean + 2 Split Jerks

Clean and Jerk:

2 sets x 3 Reps @ 85%

5 sets x 1 Rep @ 87% EMOM

Back Squat:

2 sets x 20 reps @ bodyweight (If you cant do bodyweight do bodyweight minus 15-20lbs)  Reps do not have to be “unbroken” but they do need to be within a 3 minute clock

Accessory work:

Banded lat pull downs

Banded face pulls (stand back from rig and pull band to your face)

*do reps until you feel pumped, for 3 sets
