Workout of the Day

-Weightlifting-

Low Bar Back Squat

70% x 5, 80% x 3, 85-90% x 1
92.5% x 3 x 3 sets

*Complete all sets on a 90 second clock.

-Conditioning-

Twenty rounds of:
10 Wall Balls, 20/14 to 10’
Burpees, max reps

*The time cap each round is 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of rest.

-Accessory-

Ring Rows, 75 reps

*Not for time and in as many sets as needed. Make all reps as challenging as possible but with full range of motion.
