Muscle snatch + Snatch Balance(any) + OHS

Snatch:

You have 15 sets to find a 1 RM.  You MUST use ALL 15 sets.  Even if you have to repeat a weight

Accessory work:

Hip raises with barbell and bench. 3×10 reps
