Warm Up

– 3/3 waiter presses

– 3/3 cleans + backward stepping lunges

– 6 pullovers

– 50’ side shuffle down and back

 

Festivus Feats of Strength

  1. 10 RM goblet or double kb front squat – 8 min
  2. 5 RM military press l/r – 8 min
  3. Farmer carry for time (use kettlebells or dumbbells that together equal ~75% of bodyweight)
  4. Heavy Russian swing – 5 min AMRAP

5 min rest between each feat.
