-Interval Conditioning-

Five rounds, each for time, of:
20 Goblet Squats, 1.5/1 pood
30 foot Shuttle Run, 6 trips
Burpees, max reps

*Complete each round on a 90 second on, 90 second off time interval.
*Score is total burpees


Five rounds for time of:
12 Dead-lifts, 155/105
9 Hang Power Cleans, 155/105
6 Shoulder to Overhead, 155/105
3 Bar Muscle ups


Three sets of:
Bent Over DB Reverse Flyes, 10 reps

*Keep arms fairly straight, torso fairly horizontal.
