Workout of the Day
Three rounds for quality of:
3-6 Handstand Push ups (kipping or strict)
7-9 Box Jump Overs (no step ups, choice of height)
10-12 Toes to Bar (kipping or strict)
*Goal is development. Get better at movements. Practice.
Practice completing reps in 6 minutes of:
Snatch (full catch) Singles, 80% of 1RM
Front Squat (Time cap: 10 minutes)
Build to a heavy set of 3 reps, 3RM if possible.
