Workout of the Day

-Interval Conditioning-

“Follow the Leader”

Eight rounds of:
6 DB Power Cleans, 50/35
10 Double Unders
10 Pull ups

*With a partner, alternating who goes first each round, waterfall the above workout.
Partner 2 can only perform a vacated exercise.

*The time cap for each round is 60 seconds followed by 60 seconds of rest.


For time:
100 Wall Balls, 20/14 to 10’
50 Dead-lifts, 205/145
25 Shoulder to Overhead, 135/95


Three sets of:
Elbow Plank x 40 seconds
Banded Low Row x 25 quick reps (green band)
