Warm Up

– 100’ shuttle run

– 1/1 Turkish get up per arm (light kb or bodyweight)

– 100’ side shuffle

– 1/1 Turkish get up per arm (light kb or bodyweight)

 

Skill/Strength

18 min

– Find 15 RM push up (5 min) (can elevate level with box or bar, or if necessary, can add weight at floor level) (5 min)

4x

– 8-10 push-ups (use 15 RM level)

– 3/3 double kettlebell single leg deadlifts

 

Conditioning

12 min AMRAP

– 15 Russian swings (28/20 kg)

– 50’ long jump

– 10 ball slams (40/20#)

– 50’ walking lunge
