Workout of the Day

-Interval Conditioning-

As many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
Squat Cleans, 155/105
Rest 1 minute
As many reps as possible in 2.5 minutes of:
Squat Cleans, 185/135
Rest 1 minute
As many reps as possible in 2 minutes of:
Squat Cleans, 205/145
Rest 1 minute
As many reps as possible in 1.5 minutes of:
Squat Cleans, 225/155
Rest 1 minute
As many reps as possible in 1 minute of:
Squat Cleans, 245/165

-Conditioning-

As many rounds/reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
6 Burpees
8 Box Jumps, 24/20
10 American Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 pood

*No step ups.
*Goal: 10+ rounds.

-Accessory-

Three sets of:
Barbell Rollout, 10 reps

*Start from a standing or kneeling position. Only go out as far as you are able to safely protect the back.
