Front Squat: 2 min clock

4 sets x 5 reps @ 75%

Snatch work:

Snatch Pull + Power Snatch + Full Snatch

4 sets x 3 reps @ 70%

3 sets x 3 reps @75%

Snatch Deadlift:

3 sets x 7 reps @100%

Accessory work:

50 Hanging leg raises.  Sort of like strict Toes 2 Bar.  Get your feet as high as you can and slowly bring them down
