-Gymnastics Conditioning-

Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes of:
10 Unbroken C2B Pull ups
10 Unbroken Handstand Push ups

-Weightlifting-

Every 20 seconds for 5 minutes:
135/95 Touch & Go Power Snatches, 2 reps

-Strength-

Front Squat
65% x 5
75% x 5
85% x 5+ (up to 9 reps)

*Base percentages of last week’s (or your current) 3RM.
*Complete sets on a 2 minute clock.
