-Interval Conditioning-

Five rounds for time of
20 DB Snatches, 50/35 (scale up to 70/50)
20 Pistols, alternating
1 Rope Climb, 15 feet

*Complete the workout following a 1 min on, 1 min off interval clock.


In teams of 3, complete the following for time:
120 Calorie Row
75 Shoulder to Overhead, 185/135
120 Calorie Row


Three sets of:
Bent Over DB Reverse Flyes, 8 reps

*Keep arms fairly straight, torso fairly horizontal.
*Heavier than last week.
