Workout of the Day

-Gymnastics Conditioning-

Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes of:
Minute 1: Toes to Bar, 12 reps
Minute 2: Double Unders, 30 reps
Minute 3: Handstand Push ups, 12 reps (strict or kipping)


10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:
Overhead Squats, 115/75

*Must do rounds unbroken as well as drop after each round. Squat snatching the first rep of any round counts as the first rep of that round.


Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:
Power Cleans, 3 reps

*Start at 60% and build each set.
