“30 Jumping Pull ups (bar 6″ above top of head)”
30 American Kettlbell Swings, 1/.75 pood
Walking Lunges, 30 steps
30 Toes to Bar
30 Push Press, empty bar
30 Good Mornings, empty bar
30 Wall Balls, 20/14 to 10′
30 Burpees
30 Double Unders

*Workout is to be completed following a 2 minute on, 1 minute off clock


Two rounds for time of:
Share 2k Row
225 Ab Mat Sit ups

*Complete in teams of 3. One person working at a time.


Banded Face Pulls, 50 reps

*Use green band. Complete in as few sets as possible.
