Warm Up

– 6 pullovers

– 3/3 bird dogs

– 30 s hang

 

Strength/Skill

– 20/10 push ups (harder than last week)

– 5 power swings (increase load each round)

Last set of push ups is max reps but stop before failure.

 

Conditioning

– 10 double kettlebell cleans (24/16 kg)

– 10 burpees to 6” target

Reduce reps by 1 each round to 1
