Muscle Snatch + hand power + OHS

Snatch: 90 sec clock

2 sets x 3 reps @ 60%

2 sets x 3 reps @ 65%

Snatch Deadlift: 90 sec clock

4 sets x 5 reps @ 70%

Back Squat: 2 min clock

3 sets x 5 reps @ 65%

Accessory:

Hanging Leg raise – 3 sets x 12 reps

*try to get toes to eye level
