Workout of the Day
Five cycles of
5-4-3-2-1 reps for time:
Handstand Push ups
*Rest 2 minutes between cycles
*Total time cap: 16 minutes
As many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
3 Box Jump Overs, 24/20
3 DB Push Press, 50/35
*Add 3 reps to each movement, each round, up to the round of 15, then add only 1 rep to each movement, each round, thereafter.
Three sets of:
Bent Over DB Reverse Flyes, 12 reps
*Keep arms fairly straight, torso fairly horizontal.
*Heavier than last week. Rest as needed.
