Minute 2: 10 Air Squats + 12/10 Calorie Row
Minute 3: DB Bench Press, 8-10 reps
Five sets for load of:
Overhead Squat, 3 reps
*Build in weight each set.
*Complete sets on a 90 second clock.
Eight rounds, 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off:
Hang Power Cleans, 95/65
