Workout of the Day 

-Interval Conditioning-

In teams of 3, complete following for max reps:
155/105 pound Dead-lift, 3 minutes
Rest 1 minute
155/105 pound Hang Power Cleans, 3 minutes
Rest 1 minute
155/105 pound Shoulder to Overhead, 3 minutes
Rest 1 minute
Anchored Ab Mat Sit ups, 3 minutes


As many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
Burpees (to a target)

*Aim for a target that is out of your reach while on the tips of your toes.
*Stepping back or up, on your burpees, is considered scaling.


Four sets:
DB Bent Over Rows, 6 reps each arm

*As heavy as possible. Build in weight if desired.
