-Gymnastics Conditioning-

Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes of:
Odd Minutes: 20-30 Double Unders + 5-10 C2B Pull ups
Even Minutes: Rest

-Weightlifting-

Three rounds rounds for time of:
95/65 pound Hang Power Snatch, 10 reps
115/75 pound Hang Power Snatch, 10 reps
135/85 pound Hang Power Snatch, 10 reps
155/95 pound Hang Power Snatch, 10 reps

-Strength-

Front Squat
70% x 3
80% x 3
90% x 3+ (up to 7 reps)

*Base percentages off your current 3RM plus 5 pounds.
*Complete sets on a 90 second clock.
