1st Minute: Handstand Push ups, 10 reps
2nd Minute: 30/24 inch Box Jumps, 10 reps
*Scale up difficulty of HSPU if capable.
Five sets for max load of:
Push Jerk, 2 reps
*Build in weight. Complete on a 90 second clock.
30 Overhead Squats, 155/105
*Every time the bar is dropped, complete 8 Bar Facing Burpees.
