Workout of the Day
With a partner, alternate 2 cycles each of:
Box Over Burpees, 24/20
*Each of the 4 cycles has a 5 min time cap.
*Step ups and step back/up burpees are not permitted.
In teams of 3,
Max reps in 4 minutes of:
80 Pull ups
60 Hang Power Cleans, 155/105
*There is no rest between parts A & B
*Total time cap is 14 minutes (this includes 3 min of double unders).
Three sets of:
Barbell Rollout, 12-15 reps
*Start from a standing or kneeling position. Only go out as far as you are able to safely protect the back.
