Clean & Jerk:

Power Clean + Squat Clean + 2 Split Jerk

3×3 @ 75%

3 sets x 2 reps @ 80%

Front Squat:

4 sets x 5 reps @ 80%

Accessory:

Med ball sit ups. 3 sets of Max reps *make it hurt*
