Workout of the Day

-Gymnastics Conditioning-

Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes of:
Minute 1: Bar Facing Burpee Practice
Minute 2: Toes to Bar, 45 seconds (only chained reps count)

*Considering the new burpee standards, practice different ways to kick up so that
no step toward bar is needed in order to jump over bar.

-Weightlifting-

Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes of:
Minute 1: Empty Bar Overhead Squat x 10 reps
Minute 2: 75/55 Overhead Squat x 6-8 reps
Minute 3: 95/65 Overhead Squats x 4-6 reps
Minute 4: 115/75 Overhead Squat x 2-3 reps
Minute 5: 135/85 Overhead Squats x 1-2 reps
Minutes 6-12: Work your way up to a heavy single

*Out of a rack.

-Barbell Cycling-

Three cycles of:
135/95 Power Clean + Push Jerk, 1 minute
Rest 1 minute

*Can you reach 30 reps?
