Double Unders (attempts), 30 seconds

-Conditioning-

Eighteen.Zero

21-15-9 reps for time of:
Alternating DB Snatch, 50/35
Lateral DB Over Burpees

*Time cap: 6 minutes

-Accessory-

Three sets:
DB Bent Over Rows, 15 reps each arm

*Moderate weight. Build in weight if desired.
