– Bottoms up press ladders of 1/1, 2/2, 3/3.  Can increase load.

– 25’ bottoms up carry between each ladder.

 

Conditioning

– 5 push-ups

– 10 Russian swings (28/20 kg)

– 50 single unders (25 double unders)
