Barbell – Monday Feb 26, 2018

Snatch Warm up:

Pressing Snatch Balance + 3 OHS.  *build in weight for 5 sets

Snatch Deadlift + Snatch:

3 sets x 3 reps @ 80%

3 sets x 2 reps @ 85%

Back Squat:

3 sets x 5 reps @ 80 %

Push Press:

Find heavy single for the day.  Minimum 8 sets
