-Interval Conditioning-

As many reps as possible in 2 minutes of:
8 Wall Balls, 20/14 to 10′
15 Double Unders

*Rest 2 minute between rounds. Complete 5 total cycles.


In teams of 3, complete three rounds for time of:
100 Calorie Row
75 Overhead Squats, 45/35
25 Toes to Bar

*Share work as desired.


For quality and fast reps:
Banded Face Pulls x 100 reps

*Break as needed.
