Warm Up

10 min

– 1/1 reverse Turkish get up to floor

– 5 kettlebell pullovers

– 5 Russian swings

– 5 push ups

 

Strength/Skill

12 min, use your 5 RM kettlebell

– 1  military press per arm

– 2 military presses per arm

– 3 military presses per arm

Repeat ladder until time cap.

 

Conditioning

10 min AMRAP

– 10 goblet squats

– 10 ball slams

Reduce reps by 1 for each movement per round to 1 each, then move back up the ladder by adding 1 rep each per round.  Repeat until time cap.
