Workout of the Day

-Interval Conditioning-

Three rounds, each for time of:
50 Double Unders
40 American Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 pood
30 Box Jump Overs, 24/20
20 C2B Pull ups
10 Squat Cleans, 205/145

*Rest 4 minutes between rounds.


For time:
30 Burpees
30 Toes to Bar
30 Burpees


Three sets:
DB Bent Over Rows, 12 reps each arm

*Moderate weight. Build in weight if desired.
