Alternating Pistols


Every minute, on the minute, for 7 minutes:
Hang Power Snatch, 1 rep

*Work up to a heavy single.


Front Squat
75% x 5
85% x 3
95% x 1+ (up to 5 reps)

*Base percentages off your current 3RM plus 10 pounds.
*Complete sets on a 90 second clock.
