2 set x 3 reps @ 70%

Back Squat: 15 Minutes.  Minimum 7 sets

Find 1 RM Back Squat

Push Press:

5 sets x 3 reps @ 70%

Accessory:

30 Box Jumps.  Focus on explosive up, hitting the box in a full squat.  Hips MUST extend all the way!!!
