Every minute, on the minute, for 16 minutes of:
Minute 1: Toes to Bar, 20 reps
Minute 2: Sumo Dead-lift High Pulls, 20 reps
Minute 3: Handstand Push ups, 20 reps
*SDLHP is with a 2/1.5 pood kettlebell.
Three sets of:
As many reps as possible in 1 minute of:
Power Snatch, 75/55
*Rest 90 seconds between sets.
65% x 5
75% x 5
85% x 5+ (up to 9 reps)
*Base percentages off your current 3RM plus 15 pounds.
*Complete sets on a 90 second clock.
